Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-60 years male and female patients presenting with Asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis or pulp necrosis with normal apical tissue in mandibular first molar with completely formed roots will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Symptomatic patient Patient with systemic condition Pregnant patient History of swelling or sinus track Retreatment case Root resorption Open apex

MeasureTime frame
Pain score based on Visual Analog ScaleTimepoint: Pain score will be recorded after 6 hours, 24 hours, 3 days and 7 days
