Interventions

Intervention1: Circuit training: The intervention group will include 63 participants and will be receiving Supervised Circuit training for 45 minutes three times a week on alternate days for 12 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18- 24 years Subjects that had a WaLIDD score of = 1 to document subjective history of primary dysmenorrhea Nulliparous women Regular menstrual cycle of 28- 35 days Moderate level of Physical activity according to International Physical Activity Questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women on Hormonal therapy or who take over the counter analgesic to manage dysmenorrhea during menstruation History of Endometriosis Hormonal imbalance and Adenomyosis Participation in any other exercise program
