Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Consenting Patients 2.All patients admitted in Medical Intensive Care Unit who are critically ill on the basis if APACHE IV criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non Consenting Patients 2.Patients undergoing anti platelet treatment 3.Patients refusing investigations 4.Pregnancy 5.Death of Patient within 24 hrs of hospital stay
