Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic rhinosinusitis undergoing FESS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children less than 18 years Pregnancy Acute Rhinosinusitis Previous nasal surgery Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus

MeasureTime frame
To document if additional training using videos would improve the nasal douching technique in patients undergoing FESS for CRSTimepoint: Post op 1 week Post op 3 months

MeasureTime frame
To examine if there are any differences in post op healing and symptom scores in video trained patients compared to control patients at one week and at 3 monthsTimepoint: Post op 1 week post op 3 months
