Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult coal mine workers working in the study sites of Eastern Coalfield Area 2. Workers belong to the harmful and hazardous category under ASSIST screening score will only be considered for randomization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Workers who will not give informed consent will be excluded 2. Workers belonging to Low risk and dependent/high risk group under ASSIST screening score
