Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Tracheotomy done for a reversible condition and decannulation expected. Tracheostomy done by an experienced consultant who does more than 10 tracheostomies a year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patients
