Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.)Patients aged between 18 to 60 years. 2.)Patients having complaints of heel pain for more than 3 months. 3.)Tenderness on palpation at the proximal insertion of the plantar fascia. 4.) Patients with positive windlass test. 5.) Ultrasound plantar fascia thickness of more than 4mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.)Congenital defects of the foot 2.)Previous surgery of the foot. 3.)Patient with a History of Trauma to the heel. 4.)Pregnancy 5.)Patient on Anti-coagulant therapy 6.)Patient with the Bleeding disorder. 7.)Presence of any Local infection. 8.)History of Rheumatoid arthritis. 9.)History of Peripheral Vascular disease.
