Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria patients having age between 18 to 65 years dialysis dependent patients and persistent(present for 3 months), laboratory investigations (raised serum creatinine and blood urea level)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: female patients having pregnancy, breast feeding or post delivery period patients who are already operated for renal transplantation and then having nephropathy patients of hepatorenal insufficiency or renal insufficiency due to hemodynamic circulatory disorders and CCF patients with some serious illness like cardiovascular disease, acute mental disease, serious acute organic disease, serious chronic co-morbidity, hyo or hpyer thyroidism, lever or metabolic disorders etc

to find out the effect of ayurvedic treatment on sign and symptoms of the patients of dialysis dependent chronic renal failureTimepoint: 8 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
to find out the effect of ayurvedic treatment on the changes of eGFR and other renal functions (serum creatinine, blood urea) in the patients of dialysis dependent chronic renal failure. to find out the effect of ayurvedic treatment on the improvement of the quality of life of the patients of chronic kidney disease who are on hemodialysis to find out the effect of ayurvedic treatment in reduction of total number of dialysis requirementTimepoint: 8 weeks
