Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Carry backpacks to college. 2.Those who understand and follow commands. 3.Those who have moderate to severe musculoskeletal discomfort according to our Backpack severity questionnaire, BSQ

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-diagnosed musculoskeletal disorder. 2.Past history of surgery in neck, Upper extremity and back in past 6 months. 3.Any congenital deformity. 4.Any psychological disorder which can disrupt the result
