Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having fasting blood glucose 100 to 125 mg/dl Patients who are not on any medication. HbA1c 5.7 TO 6.4% patients not on nay Medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of DM , Metabolic disorder,hypo or hyper thyroidism any other chronic disease and pregnant ladies. Patient suffering from any major illness. Participants who are contraindicated for Abhyanga (E.g. Santarpanoth vyadhi ,kaphapradhan vikar ,amavata ,Tarun jwara ) known allergy of seasame oil. Those who are doing abhyanga as a daily practice.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Fasting BSL will be assessed i.e. decrease in level of fasting bsl by 15 to 20 mg/dlTimepoint: Fasting Bsl levels will be monitored on 30th,60th and 90 th day .

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Decrease in percentage of Hba1c by 1 to 2 unitsTimepoint: Hba1c will be monitored after 3 months
