Intervention1: MILRINONE VS LEVOSIDEMDAN: ANOTHER GROUP WILL RECIEVE MILRINONE INTRAOPERATIVELY Intervention2: INJ LEVOSIMENDAN: This group will receive Levosimendan IV dose 0.1mic/kg/min for 24 hours

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) TRIPLE VESSEL DISEASE 2) EJECTION FRACTION 35 - 55%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENT REFUSAL KNOWN ALLERGY TO STUDY DRUGS COMBINED CARDIAC PROCEDURES CONVERSION TO ON PUMP CABG

MeasureTime frame
The current study will evaluate the impact of either of drugs on Regional oxygen saturation levels as measured by Somanetics cerebral oxygen monitor.Timepoint: The observations will be noted in intraoperative period, starting with baseline before skin incision, at time of various coronary bypass grafting and post sternotomy closure.

The current study will evaluate the impact of either of drugs on Cardiac contractility indicesTimepoint: After induction of Anaesthesia & at the end of surgery
