Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) TRIPLE VESSEL DISEASE 2) EJECTION FRACTION 35 - 55%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: PATIENT REFUSAL KNOWN ALLERGY TO STUDY DRUGS COMBINED CARDIAC PROCEDURES CONVERSION TO ON PUMP CABG
