Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient willing to give consent Hemodynamically stable Scheduled for lower limb orthopaedic surgeries under subarachnoid block
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with arrhythmias, severe mitral or tricuspid regurgitation, severe aortic regurgitation Cardiac dysfunction, cerebrovascular disease and pulmonary edema Patients having diabetes Patients with BMI more than 30kg.m-2 When inadequate subarachnoid effect will be obtained and the anaesthesia will be converted into general anaesthesia.
