Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 20 years to 45 years of age scheduled for lowert segment C section surgeries will be enrolled in this prospective study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pt refusal,contraindication for spinal anesthesia,coagulopathy,morbid obesity.infection at the site
