Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male patients with age 40 to 70years(both age included) diagnosed with late-onset hypogonadism attending OPD of AIIA. 2.Patients willing to provide written informed consent for the study. 3.Patient willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having any genetic or acquired testicular disease like varicocele, Sertoli cell syndrome, Klinefelter syndrome, testicular aplasia, or trauma on testicles and hypothalamus. 2.Patients undergone surgical or drug-induced castration. 3.Postprocedural testicular hypofunction. 4.Patients with a history of exogenous androgen use in the last 3 months or any other intervention that may interfere with the androgen levels. 5.Patients with known history of chronic systemic condition like tuberculosis, malignancy, CLD, CKD, CAD etc. 6.Known case of Lactose intolerance. 7.Known allergy to any of the drug constituents. 8.Diagnosed cases of diabetes mellitus.
