Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) to be aged between 18 and 35 years, 2) having digital eye strain, 3) using a computer on an estimated daily average for 6 or more hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not using corrective lenses, having any other ocular disease
