Intervention1: Gymnema sylvestre 3x: medicated 30 size pills will be given to 3o subjects including both male and female and advised to take the pills three times in a day for 3 months. Control Interv

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having symptomatology of Type 2 Diabetes mellitus and patient with elevated HbA1C level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 20yrs and below 79yrs. patients suffering from other severe systemic illness. Pregnant and lactating women.
