Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Total treatment period is greater than seven days. Subjects willing to participate and give consent for the study. Capability for complete compliance and completion of follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on insulin or with severe complications including proliferative diabetic retinopathy, peripheral neuropathy, diabetic nephropathy with CKD stages 4 and 5 and active diabetic foot ulcer. A cardiovascular event requiring hospitalization in the last 6 months Serious cognitive impairment including subjects with malignancies The subjects are not willing to provide Informed Consent Pregnant and lactating women Patient having HbA1C values above the mentioned, and FBS above the mentioned inclusion criteria are excluded

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in HbA1C from baseline values.Timepoint: The primary outcome will be assessed over the course of 12 weeks at initial recruitment and after 12 weeks of treatment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
QoL index increased after treatment with Sound Therapy.Timepoint: Assessment will be done at 4, 8, 12 weeks interval.;Decrease in total score of patients in D39 questionnaireTimepoint: Initial & after 12 weeks of recruitment.;Increase in total score of DTSQ, DSMQ questionnairesTimepoint: Initial & after 12 weeks of recruitment.
