Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age: 35-60 years • Sex: Both Male and Female • Grade: Sub-acute and Chronic • MMSE = 24 • BBS score ? 41/56 • MMAS: = 2 • VCG: =4 • Vital sign with normal range • Patients walking with or without external aids. • Willingness of subjects to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of any neurological and musculoskeletal impairment that could account for possible balance impairment;Like CVS, Parkinson disease, joint replacement or fracture. 2. Unstable cardiorespiratory condition. 3. Visual and auditory impairments, cognitive impairment, perceptual deficits 4. Prior surgery of affected or unaffected lower limb. 5. Acute surgery which affect mobility 6. History of invasive procedure (Botox, phenol) at last 6 months before 7.Server spasticity.
