Inclusion criteria: 1. All critically ill patients admitted in picu 2. Written informed consent given by the parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Less than 24 hours stay in picu 2. Known case of CRF/ARF 3. Not willing for the study

The primary outcomes will be a to assess the electrolytes level after 24 hours of admission in picu if the levels are in hypo normal or hyper chloremiaTimepoint: end of study
