Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with chronic dental infection (chronic apical periodontitis) ASA category 1 patients patients without any other medications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with acute infection immunocompromised patients pregnant & lactating female patients patient currently on any other medication ASA category 2, 3, 4
