Inclusion criteria: Cancer Patients of 18-80 years of age who are undergoing Targeted therapy or Immunotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing heart disease Pre-existing Hypertension Suboptimal window Valvular heart disease which is more than mild in severity Renal dysfunction

3D EF (in %), Global strain LV, RV (in %), TAPSE (in cm) and PA pressure (in mmHg), Ejection fraction (in %), Diastolic function – E and A (in m/s), Volumes at end diastole and systole (in ml) – LV, Tissue doppler imaging (TDI) of septum and lateral wall (in m/s), LV MPI, RV MPI, RV FAC (%), RV-PA Coupling ratio and RVOT (Prox and Distal diameter) (in mm)Timepoint: 3 and 6 Months
