Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients of post-operative ano-rectal cases 2 Age between 18 to 75yrs of age irrespective of sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known case of crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, carcinoma of rectum
