Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female subjects in the age group of 20 to 45 years with regular menstrual cycle are included in the study. They are categorized into normal control, subclinical & overt hypothyroid individuals based on their serum TSH values.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are on oral contraceptives, steroids, anticancer, antiepileptic drugs, hormones, antiplatelets & anticoagulants are excluded from the study
