Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients suffering from acute & chronic 1) 1)Gastritis with negative H pylori confirmed by OGD scopy and biopsy (RUT). 2)Patients of gastritis with. a. Dyspepsia. b. Without Malena and hematemesis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with known case of gastritis, secondary to H- pylori. 2) Patients with known case of IHD /Stroke on Antiplatelet therapy. 3) Patients with known case of Ca Stomach / oesophagus. 4) Patients with systemic auto immune diseases like SLE, RA, Asthma who are on steroids or may need steroid. 5) Patients who are known case of disease (like HIV or are on chemotherapy) with severely immune compromised condition.

MeasureTime frame
The effect of Yashtimadhu sidha ghrita will be assessed with the effect of Tab Pantoprazole in Gastritis after 1 month. Assessment will be done by - Abdominal Pain Nausea Vomiting Bloating Belching Early satiety HPE evaluation by Sydney classification of GastrtitsTimepoint: 4 Weeks with follow up 14th and 28th day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) To assess the effect of Yashtimadhu siddha ghrita in Dyspepsia & inflammation in Gastritis on day 14 & 28 of study. 2) To study the adverse effects of Yashtimadhu siddha ghrita (if any) on day 14 & day 28 of studyTimepoint: 4 Weeks with follow up 14th & 28th day.
