Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with the age of 30 to 60 years of both genders diagnosed with Adhesive Capsulitis (acute), capsule thickness above 2mm will be included in the study. 2.Unilateral Adhesive Capsulitis 3.Patients with Positive Apley scratch test are taken for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Upper extremity surgical treatment history 2.Rheumatoid disease 3.Cervical radiculopathy 4.Major psychiatric disease
