Intervention1: Calcium silicate based sealers: Root canal obturation done with calcium silicate based sealer(Ceraseal) and postoperative pain evaluated at 24hrs, 48hrs and 7 days Control Intervention1

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mandibular premolars with single root single canal Teeth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis Teeth with peri apical index score less than 2 Patients ready to give written informed consent Cases with apical extrusion of sealer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non restorable and periodontally compromised teeth Teeth with calcification and resorption Medically compromised patients Patients with TMJ problems and reduced mouth opening Pregnant and lactating women Patients on antibiotic and steroid therapy Patients facing pain 14 days after placement of intracranial medicament
