Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA GRADE 1 and 2 weight 50-80kgs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA GRADE 3 and 4 History of cardiac , respiratory, renal and hepatic disease Allergy to study medication and local anesthetics Consuming adreno receptor agonists or antagonist drugs.
