Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: college level football players without any surgery history for atleast 6 months values for side plank, curl up and biering sorenson test less than normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not participating in competition due to injury any musculoskeletal problems any neuro problems recent surgery receiving any gym training such as core training, flexibar training participating in high intensity regular exercise or elite sports
