Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult chronic liver disease patients aged 18-80 years.Patients undergoing spontaneous breathing trial (SBT) for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients less than 18 years 2.patients with chest and abdominal trauma,distorted abdominal wall anatomy 3.patients with damage to the abdominal wall.
