Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient with esthetic concern due to gingival hyperpigmentation patient with good oral hygiene with plaque index score less than 1 and gingival index score less than 1 and more than 2mm of attached gingiva Diffuse continuous physiological pigmentation of the gingiva involving the facial aspect of teeth classified under Dummet Oral Pigmentation Index minimum score 2 as Moderate clinical pigmentation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from any known systemic diseases Individuals with a habit of smoking or tobacco chewing Alcoholic patients Pregnant and lactating mothers Patients suffering from neurological deficiency
