Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male cricket bowlers(Fast bowlers) 2)Age(18-28) 3) professional Cricket bowlers who are currently playing for more than 1 year(6days per week)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any upper limb surgery in previous years 2) Any upper limb injury in previous year. 3)Joint stiffness. 4) Previous history of rotator cuff tear. 5)Previous history of nerve injury & joint subluxation. 6) All rounder cricket players
