Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals in the age group of 18 to 25 years 2) Individuals with bilateral flexible flat feet (navicular drop test more than 10mm) 3) Individuals willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals having rigid flat foot 2) Individuals having congenital deformities 3) Individuals who underwent surgery around lower limb or trunk 4) Individuals having recent injuries around lower limb or trunk
