Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed and potassium hydroxide mount (KOH) confirmed cases of dermatophytosis. 2.Patients who agree to sign the written consent form and follow the protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women. 2.Patients exclusively affecting the scalp, palms, and soles. 3.Patients suffering from concomitant diseases like psoriasis and eczema. 4Patients suffering from severe systemic and metabolic diseases like diabetes mellitus, hepatorenal dysfunctions etc. 5.Patients having treatment history of less than 7days in case of topical antifungal medication and 30 days in case of oral antifungal agents and systemic corticosteroids.
