Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All nursing officers working in ICU and non-ICU settings for 6 months or more and willing to participate in the study will be included in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All nursing officers not willing to participate 2.Healthcare professionals with history of psychiatric illness or mood disorder.
