Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Antenatal women having more than 1 risk factor for preterm labor at 12 to 14 weeks of gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Antenatal women having more than 1 risk factor for preterm labor at 12 to 14 weeks of gestation

MeasureTime frame
Maternal outcome: Did she delivery before 37 weeks of gestation or after 37 weeks of gestationTimepoint: At the point when the women crosses the 37 weeks of gestation during her antenatal period

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Neonatal outcome: the neonate post delivery status will be assessed like Apgar score & the weigh tof neonateTimepoint: soon after delivery within 24 hrs after birth
