Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 21 to 50 Years TSH Levels more than or equal to 5.6mIU/L to less than or equal to 10mIU/L patients will be included only after 8 weeks of stable thyroxine dosage who followed the regimen in the correct way.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA: • Patient having TSH level greater than >10.0 mIU/ L. • Recent/post thyroid surgery or radio-iodine (within 12 months). • Uncontrolled blood sugar (FBS-125 mg/dl PPBS- 180 mg/dl) hypertension SBP >140, DBP >90 mm of Hg • Recent acute coronary syndrome, including myocardial infarction or unstable angina. • Suffering from diseases like HIV, tuberculosis, encephalopathy, goiter, other endocrine disorders (except Type 2 DM) and other autoimmune disorders. • Pregnancy, lactation.
