Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from Insomnia, screened using Sleep Condition Indicator with score less than or equal to 16 and diagnosed based on Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth edition (DSM-5) code 307.42 (F51.01)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with life threatening conditions. Pregnant and lactating women.
