Health Condition 1: E119- Type 2 diabetes mellitus without complications

Interventions

Intervention1: Gastro - Hepatic Pack: Type 2 Diabetes mellitus patients will be given with Gastro - Hepatic Pack for the duration of 4 months (5 days per week). Control Intervention1: Yoga and Naturo

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 Diabetes mellitus patients with increased HbA1C level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetic systemic complications like diabetic neuropathy, retinopathy & nephropathy. Patients with spinal injury and hernia patients. Patients who did abdominal and spinal surgery for past year.
