Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I/II patients of age = 60 years undergoing surgery using spinal anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with known cardiac abnormalities, Use of Mono Amine Oxidase inhibitor, Patients with known allergy to the study drugs, Patients with contraindications for SAB, Patient refusal for consent
