Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Morbidly Obese individuals with BMI more than 37.5; Morbidly Obese individuals with BMI more than 32.5 with comorbidities like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, non alcoholic fatty liver disease, cardiovascular disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of cerebrovascular accident in last 6 months. Known case of Severe hepatic, cardiac, psychiatric diseases Known case of Renal artery stenosis and renal disorders. Patients lost to follow up.
