Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group of 18-25 years. Minimum of 2 years of long jump experience. Who has participated in a intercollegiate level event in the past 1 year. Willingness to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Will be Excluded if they had a lower-extremity injury or surgery within the past 6 months. Has any neurological, musculoskeletal or cardiorespiratory impairment. Diagnosed with vestibular disorders and/or visual disorders. • Has a current illness / unresolved condition.
