Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient anonymized radiotherapy datasets of cervical cancer cases 2) Initial radiotherapy planning CT for radiotherapy contouring (both registered and non- registered datasets) 5) Radiotherapy related data for all patients -- curative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Diagnostic scans of patients who have underwent surgery 2)CT scans with non- standard spacing.

Trained ML model with high accuracy scores (over 85%) on internal validation dataset with Dice similarity coefficient.Timepoint: Training at 4-10 months Internal validation at 6-18 months Test at 18-24 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Accuracy of software by quantitative methods on test datasets: Dice similarity coefficient, Hausdorff distance, volume overlap error, relative volume difference & Jaccard Index.Timepoint: 3 years;Subjective score by oncologists: Seasoned radiation oncologists will rate the auto-contours on a scale from 1-4 adopted from Lustberg et al & Liu et al. Timepoint: After internal validation & testing;Time for generating contours for each organ in every disease site for manual & auto in test datasets will be recorded in minutes.Timepoint: 3 years
