Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are hypertensive with Systolic blood pressure (SBP) =140 mmHg and a diastolic blood pressure (DBP) =90 mmHg; with or without antihypertensive drugs Both males and females are included Patients who want to participate voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fever Subjects with a history of ischemic heart disease Subjects with a history of mental illnesses Individuals with cold sensitivity Subjects with a history of Diabetes mellitus type 2 Females during menstruation
