Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing lapcholecystectomy with ASA grade 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA grade3 and 4 , patients with difficult airway , patients who are already on pregabalin.

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Preemptive analgesic effect. Intubation response, Perioperative total analgesic requirements. Postoperative Pain score . First rescue analgesic time.Timepoint: Immediately after intubation, intra operative every 15 minutes. Post operative every 1 hour till 12 hours.	—

Perioperative Hemodynamics, Sedation score, Side effects.Timepoint: intra operative every 15 minutes. Post operative every 1 hour till 12 hours.	—
