Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients 18 year or older with acute exacerbation of COPD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: GCS more than 8, tracheostomy, elevated ICT, absent gag reflex, pregnant, Impending cardiopulmonary arrest.
