Inclusion criteria: Patients of age group less than 18 years of age. Both sexes. Presenting with symptoms of upper respiratory ailments
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients of age group more than 18 years of age. Absence of Upper Respiratory Ailments Severe respiratory distress requiring immediate medical intervention. Chronic respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, cystic fibrosis) that may confound the diagnosis. History of major surgical interventions related to the respiratory system. Known allergies to medications used in the study
