Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Presence of atleast one wall intrabony defects without furcation involvement (ii) Probing depth of =6mm and clinical attachment levels of =6mm when evaluated 4 weeks later Phase I non-surgical periodontal therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) Having diabetes or other systemic and blood borne diseases (ii) Under any antibiotic or analgesics within 6 months (iii) Smokers (iv) Pregnant and lactating women
