Inclusion criteria: Shoulder joint movement limitation, Pain for more than 3 years, Promary adhesive capsulitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypersensitive to local anesthetic, Glenohumeral pathology, Malignacy,local site infection
