Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA GRADE 1-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any cardiac, renal or hepatic diseases Patients having acute infections or hepatic illnesses. BMI > 30 kg/square metres. History of allergies to therapeutic drugs used in the study.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The change of plasma cytokine levels of IL6 and TNF alpha from baseline to immediately after the end of surgery and 24 hours after the end of surgery.Timepoint: Baseline to immediately after the surgery and 24 hours after the end of surgery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The change in inflammatory bio markers : Procalcitonin, C-reactive protein, D-dimer, from baseline to immediately after the surgery & 24 hours after the end of surgery.Timepoint: Duration of post operative analgesia.
