Intervention1: Intercostal kinesiotaping: The patients will be asked to be seated on a chair. When the patient is at the end of the expiration, an “I ? shaped kinesio tape will be applied bilaterally

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sedentary individuals with BMI : 18.5 – 24.9 kg/m2(normal),smokers with smoking pack years = 20 ,normal PFT functions (FEV1/FVC ratio > 0.70 (70%) and FEV1 > 80%) and who understand written and verbal English language and willing to give consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with history of any conditions which could affect the outcome of the study such as musculoskeletal disorder, cardiovascular disorder, respiratory disorder, neurophysiologic disorder or any other known medical/physical/surgical/traumatic conditions
